Speaking of the Oscars…
I just recently moved to Los Angeles. The Academy Awards are, needless to say, kind of a big deal round these parts. I know of many parties being held in their name. It’s like the Super Bowl for gossip freaks. I can think of few things more intolerable. No, I’d much rather sit at home, planted in front of my big screen television, free to narrate the action with as many off-color, in-poor-taste comments as I can muster. That’s what I usually do, and I’m not going to deviate from this tradition just because I live closer to where movies are made—strike that—where movies deals are made.
